What is a request?

In the request system, the word "request" refers to an electronic request that a student submits to S-NEXT. It is a type of digital form or data entry unit that contains all relevant information about a specific request or problem.
A request contains the following information, for example:
  • Request number: A unique identification number assigned to the request to uniquely identify and track it.
  • Subject: A brief description or summary of the request.
  • Description: A detailed explanation of the request or question.
  • Category: The assignment of the request to a specific category or department to ensure that it is forwarded to the correct areas of responsibility.
  • Status: The current processing status of the request, which indicates whether the request is still open or being processed, whether you are waiting for feedback from S-NEXT or whether the request has been resolved and closed.

The request serves as a central unit to manage the communication and processing progress of a request or problem. In this way, the request reaches the right place and can be processed more efficiently.
