How do I register on the Customer Portal?
To be able to use the Customer Portal, you must first log in. There are two possible scenarios:
The website appears either in German or English, depending on which language is set in your browser. However, if your browser is set to neither German nor English (e.g. Spanish or French), the page will automatically be displayed in English.
I already have an account and want to log in
When you call up the Customer Portal, you will first be taken to the registration form, which looks like this. Please refer to the screenshot and the explanations on the right-hand side.

1. Enter your e-mail address that is linked to your account in the Customer Portal in this field. 2. In this field you should enter your password, which you have previously set during registration. The password to be entered is automatically masked with asterisks for security reasons. 3. Here you can briefly view the password, e.g. to check whether it has been entered correctly. 4. You can click here if you want to remember your registration. This means that you will not have to log in again next time. 5. Here you can reset your password if you have forgotten it. 6. Click this button to complete the login process. If the previously entered login details are correct, you will be taken to the Customer Portal. 7. If you do not yet have an account, you can create a new account or register here. 8. If you have any other problems with the login process, please contact the website administrator. |
If the data has been entered correctly, you will be taken to the Customer Portal after clicking on the "Log in" button.
I don't have an account yet and have to register first
If you do not yet have an account, you must first register. To do this, click on the "Register here" link (marked yellow in the image below):
You will then be taken to the registration page:
Here you must specify the e-mail address and password. These must be entered in the appropriate fields. You must also agree to the storage and processing of your personal data by Steinbeis University - School of Next Practices GmbH (S-NEXT) so that we can create an account for you.
The following message will then appear:
You must now confirm your e-mail address. After registering, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided. The e-mail will be sent automatically from the e-mail address "noreply@steinbeis-next.de".
If you have not received an e-mail after 5-10 minutes, please check your spam folder to be on the safe side. If there is no confirmation e-mail in your spam folder either, please contact us at it-support@steinbeis-next.de.
The confirmation email looks like this
To confirm, please click on the "Confirm e-mail address" button. You will then be redirected to a page containing the following message
You can now log in. To do so, click on the "Register" button to be redirected to the registration form. For further information on how to proceed, please read the following section.
