Confidentiality of the Transfer Project
Students do not need to submit separate confidentiality requests, as confidential handling is ensured automatically for every submission.
All scientific papers submitted as Proofs of Performance at S‑Next are handled with the highest level of confidentiality. Access to these documents is strictly limited to:
-
the appointed evaluators,
-
other authorized examiners (e.g., members of the Examination Board for the Thesis Defense), and
-
staff of the S‑Next Examination Office.
All individuals in these roles are formally obligated to maintain confidentiality and have confirmed that they will treat all submitted documents accordingly. Students therefore do not need to submit separate confidentiality requests—confidential handling is ensured automatically for every submission.
Anonymization Requirements
If a scientific paper contains sensitive information—such as proprietary company data, personal names, or internal project details—that should not be visible even to evaluators or the Examination Board, students must anonymize or obscure this information themselves within the submitted work.
Examples include:
-
replacing real names with pseudonyms,
-
masking identifying company details,
-
removing internal codes or confidential project identifiers.
Anonymization must be done in a way that preserves the clarity and scientific value of the work while ensuring that sensitive content cannot be traced back to specific individuals or organizations.
