When will I be assigned a Project Coach for the Transfer Project?

You will be assigned a Project Coach after you register your Transfer Project via the Transfer Project Registration Page.

Please fill out the registration form for the Transfer Project and Project Coaching, which is available on the Transfer Project Registration Page.

📝 How It Works

  1. Register your Transfer Project
    1. Once you get to the Transfer Project Registration Page, choose the first form called "Registration Form for Transfer Project and Project Coaching"
    2. Select at least one research area in which you would like to carry out your Transfer Project
    3. Provide a brief description of your initial project idea
  2. Student-Coach matching process
    1. The Academic Management Team reviews your selected fields and project idea
    2. We will match you with a Project Coach whose expertise aligns with your topic
    3. You will receive the contact details of your assigned Project Coach as soon as they agree to work with you on your chosen topic

 

To ensure a smooth and timely assignment of your Project Coach, please make sure your initial project idea description is clear and specific.
