# How can I access the Customer Portal?
To access the Customer Portal, we cordially invite you to visit our dedicated website. You can find the Customer Portal at the following address: [https://help.steinbeis-next.de/\_hcms/mem/login](https://help.steinbeis-next.de/_hcms/mem/login)
Our Customer Portal offers you a simple and intuitive platform on which you can create and send a targeted request. This is to ensure seamless and efficient support from S-NEXT.
In order to use the Customer Portal to its full extent, you must first register. The registration form on the website (see link above) is intuitively designed to keep the registration process as simple as possible. Further explanations can be found in other articles.
