Application & Request Management

Students can process a large part of all study-related documents and applications independently and individually via the application portal in the Onlinecampus.

Documents that can be downloaded from the "My Studies > Certificates" section include:

  • Certificate of enrollment
  • Transcript of records
  • Study History Certificate
  • Certificate of de-registration

Forms that can be submitted through the "My Studies > Registrations & Applications" section include:

  • Registration for study work (Studienarbeit)
  • Thesis registration
  • Requests for extension of the processing time
  • Applications for semesters off/break semester (Urlaubsemester)
  • Hardship applications
  • Request for post-exam review
  • Request for appeal
  • Application for exmatriculation

All applications can be filled out in the online campus and (if necessary) attachments can be added. Applications can only be submitted if all mandatory fields (marked with a red asterisk *) are filled in.

After submitting the applications, students have an overview of their submitted applications under "My active applications" – where they can check the status of their applications.
